Potential draft rules for publication:

Item 1. Revisions to Ch. 45, Subchapter G, Regulation of Credit Transactions, regarding how cash and credit law violations are calculated. Rules would be effective April 2023 to coincide with deployment of cash and credit law module in AIMS. Reduces the number of “warnings” the agency will give prior to instituting an enforcement action to address Sunset management action 3.4; overhauls cash rule to more closely resemble the credit rule, with important differences to account for the potential frequency of cash law violations relative to credit law violations.

Item 2. Revisions to rules in Ch. 31, Administration. Recommended changes include a revised rule for complaint submission and processing that updates submission methods and lays out the agency’s procedural steps.

Item 3. Revisions to rules in Ch. 50, Alcoholic Beverage Seller Server and Delivery Driver Training.
